Brazillionaire

I've been to Brazil before. Backpacked across the south east from Rio to Bahia for a month in 2004. The trip I took a few months ago was entirely different, but Brazil manages to captivate no matter how you experience it. A little photographic evidence down below. There's some pretty amazing pictures missing here from the Sao Paulo leg of the trip. Why? A few days ago, I decided the backseat of a Toronto cab would be a great place to leave my camera and along with it, the remaining imagery of the memorable journey.

The Lost Interview

Chopped up and sampled by many, here's the Lost Interview with Bruce Lee in its entirety. Quality.

Time to Build

I can think of no better uniform for managing the latest skyscraper build in Dubai. This picture is pure hilarity, even though it probably wasn't intended to be. Thanks for supporting Nirav.

Trinidad

Irony is when you're on vacation and blogging about a past vacation. Whatever. I forgot to publish these before I left.

A Lost Art

I love things like this. "Typeface" (preview below) is the name of a documentary about the Hamilton Wood Type Museum. Even though I haven't formally studied graphic design, the story of these craftsman who are preserving typographic arts at this level is pretty inspiring. Found on the UNDRCRWN blog.

Collection Update

I'll be gone for a few days Trinidad and Tobago to live life like a Malibu commercial, but the Spring cleaning continues on the online store. Everything is 50% off, and I'm throwing in free shirts in all orders over $25.

The Merchants of Green Coffee

For those who don't know about the coffee experience at the Merchants of Green Coffee, head over to the Queen & DVP area in Toronto and make yourselves familiar. Definitely the most educational coffee experience I've ever had. Thanks to the hombre Sumit for the find. You'll probably see Morgan there, pictured below in a charcoal Heart of the City tee.

La Familia @ WMC 2010

Somewhere between the consumption of 12 Liters of Vodka, some of these insane individuals managed to focus their iPhone cameras long enough to take a somewhat coherent picture of their trip to Miami for WMC 2010 earlier this year.

Born for this?

I just registered myself for a 10 kilometer run taking place in all of 4 weeks. I've done some research and am following an intense 4-week training plan designed to meet my goal of not dying before the finish line.

Celebrity steez

I met Rupinder a few years ago through a common friend after I saw a movie of his called "Amal", about an honest-hearted rickshaw driver, his chance encounter with a wealthy businessman. What follows is for you to find out.
